• All listings must be accurate, genuine, and legally owned or authorized by the poster.
• Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
• OLM reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion.
• Posting a property does not guarantee a sale or rental outcome.

4. Permitted Use

OLM grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for lawful property transactions. You may not:

• Use OLM for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission.
• Spam users or send unsolicited commercial messages through our platform.
• Impersonate any person, agent, or organization.

5. No Broker Guarantee

OLM is a marketplace platform and is not a real estate agent or broker. We facilitate connections between buyers, sellers, and renters but are not a party to any property transaction. We do not verify ownership titles or guarantee the accuracy of listed prices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on OLM — including logos, design, software, and platform features — is the property of OLM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

OLM's services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Property transaction outcomes, pricing accuracy, and availability are solely the responsibility of the respective parties involved in a transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or any property transaction facilitated through it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of OLM after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
